What documents do I need?

Photo ID, proof of right to rent in the UK, recent proof of income or a guarantor, and references from previous landlords where available.

Do you offer short-term or flexible stays?

Yes. We provide fully furnished houses and flats available for stays from a few weeks to several months, ideal for professionals, families, and contractors.

How are maintenance issues handled?

Our in-house team handles everything from emergency repairs to routine maintenance. Tenants receive a direct reporting line, and urgent issues are prioritised the same working day.

Are your properties compliant?

Every home we let meets current safety regulations, including gas and electrical certificates, smoke alarms, and energy performance standards, with compliance documents available on request.
